Naturopathic Signature Consultation & Exam - $500

A Naturopathic evaluation is more comprehensive than a conventional doctor’s office visit. Dr Brown listens to each patient’s immediate concerns, as well as other aspects of their health. These include diet, digestion, hormones, sleep, energy, stress and more. Dr. Brown aims to empower individuals to take control of their health by learning the tools to optimize function. Herbs, nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle changes, and natural hormones are prescribed as indicated.

First visit includes:

  • 1-1.5 hour comprehensive consultation and physical exam if indicated

  • Comprehensive plan to address needs

Naturopathic Follow Up - $200

Follow-Up visits typically last 30-60 minutes to evaluate your progress. There may be a discussion of lab work and test results if indicated and a review of care plan and lifestyle recommendations

Constitutional Hydrotherapy - $150

Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, with hot towels applied first to dilate vessels, followed by cold towels to constrict them, often repeated on the back and abdomen. A series of weekly sessions is recommended for optimal results. Constitutional hydrotherapy is a holistic, naturopathic approach that leverages the body’s natural responses to temperature changes. Its benefits include enhanced circulation, immune support, improved digestion, stress reduction, and overall vitality, making it a versatile tool for both acute and preventive health care.

Chiropractic Initial Exam - $100

Initial Visits typically last 45 - 60 minutes. The chiropractor will review your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatments. This typically takes 10–20 minutes and helps identify the root cause of your discomfort. Expect posture assessment, range of motion tests, muscle strength evaluation, reflex checks, and neurological assessments. Orthopedic tests may also be performed to pinpoint musculoskeletal issues. X-rays or other imaging may be recommended if necessary to detect structural abnormalities, fractures, or spinal misalignments. Imaging is only used when clinically justified. Based on your exam and any diagnostic tests, the chiropractor will create a personalized treatment plan, including frequency of visits, types of adjustments, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations.

Follow Up Chiropractic Adjustment - $70

Sessions typically last 10- 30 minutes. The length and severity of your condition may impact the extent of chiropractic treatment you receive, but it’s common for clients to pop into the clinic during lunch or on an errand run.

Ceragem Roller Table - $35

Ceragem therapy combines targeted far infrared heat, acupressure, massage, and spinal stretching to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and provide temporary relief from minor joint and muscle pain. Regular sessions may improve joint flexibility and reduce stiffness, making it beneficial for individuals with mobility issues or those recovering from injuries.

Red Light Therapy with Near Infrared (20 minutes) - $35

Red Light Therapy may help relieve chronic and acute pain, including conditions like fibromyalgia, knee osteoarthritis, low back pain, tendinopathy, and rheumatoid arthritis. It works by reducing inflammation, improving blood flow, and enhancing tissue repair. Emerging research indicates that transcranial or intranasal red light therapy may improve cognitive function in people with mild to moderate dementia, potentially enhancing memory, sleep, and mood. Red Light can support muscle recovery after exercise by reducing inflammation and promoting cellular repair, which may improve performance and reduce soreness. Consistent, properly dosed treatments—ideally under professional guidance—maximize potential benefits.

Manual Therapy (60 minute) - $90

Compression Boots (10 minutes) - $15

Compression boot therapy improves circulation, reduces muscle fatigue, accelerates recovery, and promotes relaxation through intermittent pneumatic compression. The boots use air-filled chambers that inflate and deflate in a rhythmic, wave-like pattern along the legs. This sequential compression mimics natural muscle contractions, enhancing venous return (blood flow back to the heart) and lymphatic drainage, while helping remove metabolic waste like lactate from muscles. The therapy can be applied to the calves, thighs, and feet, providing a massage-like effect that stimulates circulation and reduces fluid buildup.
